What is the Staff/Wand that boosts Ra Techs?

I'm looking to see what the name of the Staff/Cane/Wand is that boosts Ra techs. Heck, I wonder if it even exists. I know the Twinkle Star boosts Simple techs, and Magical Piece boosts Mid Techs. Can someone help?
