Does anyone know where the party of rappies is in this mission?

Depends on which map.

On the Jungle map, find the warp that takes you to the second part of the second map. From there, walk into the foliage--if it's the right spot, your character will step right up onto the low obstructions that serve as an excuse for a wall in most of the level, and the warp to the party of Rappies isn't far away.

On the Mountain/Seaside map, after opening the rock barrier that bisects the beach, go through it and look to your right for a cave mouth also blocked by a rock barrier. This rock barrier can be destroyed. Inside the cave, you'll find a warp up onto the plateau where the party of Rappies is located.
