Bruce's update includes room decorations, a music disc, and some shield lines. It looks like the Requiem mission includes a drop boost and may even include some exp and TP bonuses.

The best laser cannon, Heavy Punisher, drops in MAX 4. At least I think it's the best one. It's 15 stars and is HUEG.

It drops in AMF HQ Recovery S as well, from the SEED-Ardites at the end. My friend's got one, absolutely massive weapon It's been a while since I did MAX4 though, so I have no idea which is better for hunting it.

I think there are more Ardites in MAX 4 than the AMF mission but getting to them might take more time. I love the Heavy Punisher though and I had the super-duper luck to get a 60% one too.

The mission was released today. In order to accept this mission, you'll need to pay with one of all four concert tickets.
