Personally I have had some good discussions that are and aren't related to the Phantasy Star series. It is a nice thing considering once you're in a party with someone in a group, you can make specific conversations private and without the rest of the group flooding the chat.

The IMGroup is what I find to be very useful for finding players which are not just random players you'll have a hard time finding again. Those who don't want to make friends and don't mind playing with whoever is online at the time, shouldn't worry about using a chat-room like this.

Its not working on Android or the web. That or I don't have a clue how to add a group, but I have gone through just about all the options I see on both setups.

u add it like u would any other contact, like [email protected] or w/e, i have it working on my itouch ebuddy but i had it as a contact already, and the group website doesn't have much in the way of trobleshooting... ><

try adding it again, that solved someones elses roblem with that...

I recommend the latest version of Windows LIVE Messenger, I had zero issues.
