I hate to be a buzzkill, but that's 2011 for the JP side. If the time gap between the JP and western releases follows the pattern set by PSZ and PSP2, we gaijin are looking at a 2012 release.

I think PC only is a smart move. PSO private servers are still going on PC, and I don't knwo if blue burst is still around, but that lasted forever too. And the PS2/PC servers for PSU ended up becoming just the PC servers because of the PS2's hardware limitations. As for next generation consoles, it would be nice, but Microsoft and Sony are not going to let their servers be combined, and in different regions no less. PC signals to me that they want one platform they can focus on, update and have free control over. So hopefully we'll have combined servers with Japan.

I'm not excited in the least...the US release has potential to be handled poorly. Unless it was like PSO where a majority of everything was already available from the start. We'll see. I wouldn't get it on release.

Man, looking at Sega's line up for TGS... It should be dubbed "TSS" this year...

Suffice it to say that is one thing we all hope they learned from PSU: do not attempt to drip feed us content that is already on the disc. Give us everything on the disc, then make actual new content for future updates.
