I haven't had a chance to play online much, and I get the stupid name thing if it's like, obscene, but... stupid outfits? What defines that?

As annoying as it is to have some all-caps, "barbed wire", or any other kind of person with a ridiculous name in your party: it doesn't mean they deserve to have their game progress impeded.
Even more so for a stupid outfit. It doesn't merit a removal.
eh, alot of outfits seem to be pretty outrageous and names don't really mean nothing to me. eh, i just play with whoever i have a chance to get to play with....
Their name and outfit does not define how well they play.

I would only remove someone if they were somewhat effecting my gameplay, like spamming a phrase or spamming a PA that makes mobs constantly fly in ridiculous directions, causing me to run in circles like a maniac just trying to hit something.
