So~ How do I play online
You choose multiplayer online, while within range of a Wifi hotspot and you will be able to connect to the online servers. This game actually has an internet server mode, along side adhoc.
Phantasy Star Portable isn't online, but the Sequal is.
Btw, is this Jubei as in the XBL PSU Jubei?

Make sure you're connected to a wifi hotspot. Go to online mode, and when it asks for a connection, hit New Connection, then Scan. Pick whatever you're allowed to access, then just log in. If it doesn't work, try again. Unless it tells you that your key is wrong or something. In that case you gotta enter a password to use that wifi.

did you buy the umd or the store version or did you download it with CFW?
I bought it from a store. I didn't download/pirate it or anything.
take your routers key off see if they helps , its most likey your useing a key type which the psp can't use
