Episode 1 and then do Episode 2 once you've completed the story just do IMs and tactical missions and the like.
Oh and once you've completed ep2 on normal do ep1 on hard and then do ep2 on hard.

What is the benefit to playing online instead of offline? Boosted drop rates?

I tried soloing a mission online today and it took forever, so I'm wondering why playing online is even worthwhile unless you're in it for the social aspect.

On a side note, the lobbies were super dead around 1 PM PST today. Maybe a total of 30 people online, if that. Does it get more crowded on weekends?

It's easier to do some missions like MAI online and you get the GBR boost in drops. Online missions are harder when you solo them, yeah, but they're easier with a group most of the time. Drop rates are the same online than they are offline unless it's one of those special missions.

I'd guess the lobbies would have more activity during the weekend, just know that the PSO2 beta testing is going on so that's taking away a bunch of the players.

I've had this for a week now and really getting into this, I'm so glad I decided to buy it.... I've completed EP2 first and now starting on EP1... I have a question about weapon finding though...

Is it possible to find the following playing offline as I can't seem to find where the following items drop? I just didn't want to get my hopes up knowing that I can't ever find these weapons for whatever reason.

online or offline? cause mp isnt really worth it after 160. wich is the point you stop gaining 1 lvl per run.

You can get all of those "offline." You'll have to use multimode to get some of them but you can get them.
