Yes I'm pretty sure you do, I don't think that is the zip code I'm pretty sure postal codes in Japan are 2 parts, not 3.

Well that was what i came across so far, though it wasn't from a Japanese site, it was a english site that listed the top 25 sushi restaurants in Tokyo but all of them have 3 parts in the info...I'm pretty lost now

In there you can see that the address has another number besides the 2 part postal code not really sure if that's a street number or what but from what I know it's not needed just the prefecture and postal code.

well the only error I'm getting is some type of connection error that loads into the next page, so I'm pretty sure it will work because I got another error when I purposely misstyped the prefecture and phone number on the same page it didn't redirect me to another page, one line said " Prefecture is misspelled or incorrect" the other was "Phone number is incorrect"

Anyone else care to clarify what we might be doing wrong?

Edit: after putting the error in google translate it says "There is a network congestion Please try again later"

I get stuck at the company info part. If i look at the form the zip code example it gives is 123-4567 but when i look on the wev for example a sushi resaurant i get Sushi Dai, 6-21-2 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku.

Now i assume the 6-21-2 is the zip but that doesnt match te example or anything. Also do you need to fill the entire form in katakana?

6-21-2 is the street number. In America it would be close to what a zip code does because it pretty much tells the post office where the address is without a street name.

No you only have to put Katakana symbols in the two boxes under your name. So google katakana symbols and copy and paste one in each box.

well i did the entire form in Katakana and copied the info from tokyo's post office from wikipedia so i hope that will do it, just keep getting that connection error now
