Need Help With JP Installation

i've followed all of the steps in the online video, but when it goes to install, it asks me to find the setup-1a file. i've downloaded it and put it in the same folder as the installer and other setup files i downloaded from the JP site. but i keep getting the same error.

what am i doing wrong? can anyone help?
