She's an alien and her planet consists basically of salty water with many bioluminescent plants and purple sky.

Underwater, or maybe at the beach? The plants above water are similar to Avatar's (the movie, blue people xD) forest during night time and there're rivers and waterfalls of salty water.
Underwater there're many colorful and shiny reefs and things os the sort.
Constructions (both above and under water) are japanese/oriental like, but in more pastel tones.
That's a nice collection of artwork he has for her. Not much detail in the request, though.
