1)Is this a new issue? Have you been able to run Tier 6 properly before this?
2) What exactly do you mean by "distorted images"? Do you have a screenshot showing the issue?
3) Are your GPU drivers up to date?
4) Also, do you have LAW applied (if you don't, this may be the reason why you get "distortions" when alt+tabbing)?

If it isn't just an issue related to LAW, then you will most likely need to upgrade your GPU. A GTX1050 is pretty budget and a fairly big upgrade from your current GTX750.

1) nope. I have not being able to run T6 properly since day 1 of this game.
NOTE: I have changed a few cards , however , its still the same with the latest being the 750GTX

2) Its intermittent so I do not have MY OWN SCREENSHOT , however , I found something on google that is similar
