Default Does a Human Force do the same Damage than a Newman Force?

    Hi, its me again.

I decided to make a Human now.
I saw many Vids on YT from hyper Forces.
But i cant see whether they are Human or Newman.

    My Questions:

Is the Human Force Damage the same than the Newman Damage?
Can i reach the 32767 Damage Limit with a Human Force??

    Plz help me.

Newmans have more Base TEC than Humans, so Newmans have higher damage potential with Technics than Humans.

A Human FO should be able to hit for 32767 using the Jeris method.

No other race outmatches newmans in tech. Humans only make great Forces just cause they can develop good survival skills. They have high Def and MiND and dont get one shotted as often as Newmans do.

Newmans are squishy yet OP if given a high chain.
