You need to use a Japanese address.
Is there an example one I can use?

Ok now i'm getting a payment failed message. Could this be because of the fake address? Rang the bank and they see no failed payments or blocks on the card? They said there's 2 pending payments for £1. I know from where I work that test payments for £1 are done against new cards on accounts to confirm the details are correct. Once it goes through it's refunded after several working days. Not sure if that means I have to hold off buying AC or not. But they said there's no other pending payments. I put one through for 500 AC so that's about £3.30. Really stumped with what to do now.
It worked fine buying GC on PSU without an issue, same card type and bank too. If card is a no go what's the best alternative payment to use?
Anyone got any ideas?

Well that sucks. I looked around the other sites payment can be taken on and having no luck. Net Cash asks for access and pin codes and I can't make an account without one. Web Money is just some dodgy and confusing Russian site and the others are all in JP. They're not exactly making it easy.
