Where do I sign up for the upcoming closed Beta?

Hello everyone, I just recently realized that there is another closed beta starting in a few days. I'm probably too late, but I would LOVE to get into it. I haven't gotten into a beta yet, and I've been DYING to play it. Can anyone direct me to where/how I sign up for the upcoming beta?

I think the registration's closed now though (Deadline was 6 PM today, which I'm fairly sure has passed in Japan)

Ahh, it is closed. Just missed it by a day or so, wish I would have known sooner.
