Need help with Auto-Words.

This is a somewhat unimportant doubt, since it's only related with pimping my character a bit, but I would be very grateful if someone was kind enough to help me here.

The thing is, I know that the text above the boxes where you put the auto-words describe what instance it triggers at (Starting a quest, finishing it, etc.), but I can't deciphere them all. Some are intuitive, some are not. Can someone help me with this, please?

P.S: Because someone is probably bound to say 'patch the game to English', I am going to preventively say that am not fond of translation patches. I prefer learning the ropes of games like this one through intuition or help from others.
