I doubt anyone will.... if it happens to us we are in the same boat such as such. Not even the creator of GG is aware of every failure, thats when coding is going out of hand... mutating behaviour as soon as combined with other programs. Best bet when stuff like that happens is to reinstall PSO2. Its no problem to do so because PSO2 got no DRM protection, so you can make a backup. Its the only thing which helped to me when i had a failure...

It does this to me whenever my Antivirus is turned on.
Try turning it off real quick.
