I'm just curious, are there ANY Cast NPCs? I just started playing, and I don't think I've seen a single one. Mind you, I mean more so in the lobbies, not the actual missions.

There is one that I know of, a Caseal in the back of the ARK lobby, near the block changer.
There's a Male Cast by the right side of the lowest video Plaza.
