PSO2 is going to be exactly the same as the PC one. It's just going to be cross platform. Seems strange to make a second board about the exact same game.

Wait until closer the time I reckon. I'm still hoping they cancel this mutli-platform support and make it like how the Portable series was to Universe.
If after testing they decide to separate the platforms, then I'd say sure.
iOS/Android version should get its own board, not the Vita version(which is the exact same game).

Way too early for either thing, should wait until we're much, much closer to release.
The only thing that might be different from the PC version, is if you are playing it on the Vita using 3G. I'm assuming they will make the 3G version the same as the iOS/Androis version.
In any case, I believe it is far too soon as no real information that would differentiate the versions from one another has been released... Except for the whole single player aspect.
