Game crashes when loading quests (TTF,etc)

I never used to have a problem, but it seems ever since I installed Win7 this has been happening. It's about a 50% chance the game will crash when loading a quest. I will get a "PSOBB has encountered a problem and needs to close" message. Everything else is in game works fine, but I'm pretty much forced to play regular forest to ruins runs. If anyone knows something I can change on Win7 It would be greatly appreciated.

Also I just noticed that it only happens when there's multiple people in the room. Can't seem to get it to crash when I load TTF by myself.
