I think that was what was implied. The definition being those who are casual in their purchasing and play habits. However, it is also seen as those who are the casuals of today may just become what people consider 'dedicated' tomorrow. They got hooked in, somehow. However, the tastes of those who bring in the bucks can change from generation to generation. It's become a regular cycle.
