How to do the benchmark test?

So I have been looking everywhere on how to do the benchmark test. I read the PSO2 english fan blog and seems like its during the Character creator. But if you can, how do you get to that?

I have the game downloaded and working but after choosing ship and entering my Sega ID it says its down for maintenance. So does that mean I cant do the benchmark test?

the first option on the cc is the test
i could make a short vid for you if u need or even just a pic up to you

Edit: your useing the wrong thing you dont need to login to use the cc your useing the actual game not the cc

Thanks for all the help. I have another question. When you change your settings and run the benchmark, is the clip they play suppose to change in quality as well?
Because when I change the setting to high or low. The clip its runs through looks the same to me.

The settings do change in the video depending on what you set in the setting.

Really? I must be blind! haha but when I set the texture to standard and shader simple and graphics to 1, I get the same score as if I set it to graphics 5 with standard texture and shader simple.
