exactly, changing the textures to, say, Times New Roman would take a good part of the games experience out for me+^_^+ one of the things i loved doing in PSU was going around trying to read everything+^_^+
From what it looks like to me, it reads:i used it to translate the fallowing to read as "ARTIFICIAL REAICT TO KEEP SPECIES" +^_^+ i don't know if Sega misspelled react into reaict, but all Google gave me on reaict was the Russian Engineering Academy+^_^+

Looking through some of my screenshots, the boss battle location in the emergency quest is called Sphere Arena with the walls displaying "warning" and "emergency please take refuge immediately", the blue/red rooms on the ARKS ship are rest areas and one of the ads on the walls says "Green Space".
