How it is possible to do one huge team if the max players per team is only 100, we are more for sure. I do like guilds\teams cause it promotes camaraderie, knowing more people and more fun gaming, but in this case maybe it's better to split the teams, and the time-zone criteria sounds not too bad! I would like to belong to a PSOW team but almost all people would have to come to common grounds or to watch soap operas every other day no please.
That being say let the discussion continue, and let's hope that some understandings come out of it.
Like rares and meseta and such. I know that there was a certain group in PSU that only allowed you to join if you had over a certain amount of meseta. That bred a sort of elitist attitude, if I recall correctly. Not pleasant at all.
I don't know about a team, though. It seems like there'd be too many problems. Not to mention too many people.
Multiple teams? Maybe, but the potential for problems is still there. Though, the possibility of friction always rises as more members are added, so hey, the risk might be worth it.
I have his card on both Jp and English PSU anyway. seem not playing much but.. yes count as plays.
It feel wrong imo, if the name of group is PSOW, but the leader is someone random inside PSOW.
Whatever though, as most people says I don't think it is good to make one with limit 100 people. Should just let each group of people team with whoever close to them.
