I entered all 4 codes that i got in the email and i didn't get them... Do i have to redeem them somewhere?

They should show up in your storage (the machine with the green floating cube), it should show inder the third option.

they are in the visiphone or the storage visiphone (can't remember which) on one of the last options, I think 2nd or third to last in a special box for items like that.

Look for the 受取専用 box in the visiphone terminal. Your items will be in there.

The codes are reward items not some kind of registration code. All you need to do to play is sign up.
