Can't complete "Setting Photon Arts"? Afin

Is this quest bugged? No matter how many times i set a photon art on a weapon or even learn a new art and set it, he will not allow me to accept a finish on this quest. Do I need to access the photon menu in a specific way for him to accept it?

Are you sure you are not doing the Technique one?

I figured it out >.< For some odd reason it would only work if I filled the entire sword's board with arts, and only during a mission O_o

Thing about that quest is that it only works when you use PAs (Ranger/Hunter abilities or Gunslash). Force ability are "Technique's".
