Mag Evolution Issue

Hi, I have mag just like everyone else and I was raising mine in a very... balanced way defensively, I was only feeding mine Moon Atomizers which raise the three defense stats on it equally.

My problem is that I kept raising it that way and it didn't evolve when it hit 30 and still hasn't now at level 52, I have since started trying to turn it into an ability Mag and its levels are:

S Atk:0
R Atk:0
T Atk:0
Ability:10
S Def:14
R Def:14
T Def:14

My question is mainly, has anybody else not had their mag evolve yet past 30 and how much of a stat do I really have to focus on to get it to evolve? I wasn't planning on throwing 30 ability level ups on my just to evolve it

I believe one stat has to be higher than the rest

My mag just recently evolved and it only has 15 in its highest stat, so you shouldn't have to go higher than that.

1 Stat needs to be at least 10 levels higher then all the others IIRC.
