Sorry dai i wish i could help you but i'm not a leader(most of the time) i like to go solo alot. I think you are not over your head just do what you think is right/want to do. You can always try to get help from people that are good leaders.

It reminds me of my bery first guild on LaTale [2008] . I met my guildleader zKatana in the Sakura Blossoms Ghost area and we trained there together.. He was the nicest guild leader I ever met. Vomax was nice too. He was drunk one time and he admitted, "Hey Nic0. I like you. You're sooo cool. Don't Tell Daniel (zKatana) I said that. " LOL hahaha I wonder what Dan would say if I told him what Vomax said to me. LOL!! Hilarious.. I missed that guild but I got really bored at LaTale at the time and took a year break from LaTale. It was pretty funny.. I saw zKatana when Dragon Nest Open Beta was out... He was like, "YOU HAVE INSANE MEMORY!!! NIC0000!!! WHAT! YOU'RE A GIRL!?" ..We talked for alittle. He said he felt really sad after I left for a year. HahaXD If it wasn't for his LaTale guild, I wouldn't be playing LaTale more often.. or got to lv 60 on my first warrior character. I made a Saint after my first guildleader. I liked his windy hairstyle. It's my favorite male hair for LaTale. :3

Oh and I made a Blader after my best friend ApplePudding and (Jun <333333333333 too...LOL) //DIES

I'm a guild leader too.. I came back to LaTale in Oct 2010 because of a friend of mine from TinierMe found me on LaTale[CH 1 Free Market]. He was whispering me on LaTale,,..."Are you CookieSundae from Tinierme?" He was a new to LaTale.. and I decided to help his guild out since I know alot about LaTale. xD;; Then they told me to make a guild and started to grow. o-o... Things changed.. My guild died when I went on hiatus on LaTale.
I wish I met you 4 years ago.. Maybe stuff will change. u_u

I feel kind of the same way too, Dai. I had misunderstanding dramas that I don't want to log on to my LaTale account anymore.. LT people and my LT buddylist don't talk to me anymore. It brings back old memories and sad ones.. u_u
