Where do I pick the item up I got from the Desert mission in Pre-Open Beta? And do you get something for participating in open beta? If so, what and where would I get it?

you should be given an item code for it by email from SEGA to your registered email account.

The item code will be expire on Dec. 2012

No hurry, just hope you able to find the email.

It is an in game thing but you need to enter your code for it :P also no, nothing for beta participation
