I see http://www.pso-world.com/forums/member.php?u=4926 still hanging around the member list. Its join date is 2001, so I'd say that's fairly old.
Weird thing is that it says "5-18-2001" for join date but it says last activity "11-30-1999"

As for the last activity date on that account, that is a bug from a previous version of PSO-World's forum software.
