Well at first I didn't know Soul Eater was one of them, but there's a couple of weapons like this: They can be used by all classes.
But only the original class can use PAs on it.

Yea i figured it out and edited my post sorry...I really wish this weapon doesn't have drain like in PSP but i bet it does.
can someone translate that text that says pa on it? can you extend weapons here? to change its drain ability to freeze, poison or what have you?

I'm pretty sure the text with "PA" just mentions that only Hunter class can use the PAs for it. Also no, Soul Eater doesn't have any sort of drain and I've personally put Poison Level 2 on the one I own.
