Buying Arks Cash

I've been searching around, and I can't find any information on this. Is there some guide or something that was made so us Gaijin can get some Arks Cash? I can get up to the credit card information, but once I get there, my information is invalid. My zip code doesn't have that many digits! I know some other PSOWers have bought some AC though, so I know it's possible. How did you guys do it?

If your Credit card isn't accepted, your only option is to use a service like Webmoney.

you can use Tenso... they give you a real japanese address and they only charge you if you actually ship something to and from Japan.
