Problem choosing client order: Free-Caves Exploration Request

I'm trying to get Free-Caves Exploration Request from Koffee but whenever I click it a banner comes up in gibberish then puts me back in the 1st menu. Any idea?

You might have to many client orders taken.(Not sure the limit) Quit one of the current ones you have and go retry taking the order. That's all I can think of.
