Finally accumulated 120 fuses from Deus today; now I'm able to upgrade from Zenesis Assault Rifle to Qliphad Assault Rifle.
Also 7-slotted it with with 225 R-Atk and 16 PP:

It's been like this with Tokyo FF Laplace Demon.
This Laplace is dumped right in your lap though, compared to having to run missions that are out of the way of most any practical objective.
