What's the general opinion of the rifle again? I heard it's so-so, but I'm not very sure.

The rifle is better than people think, because HE0 is the highest DPS PA of Rifle outside of End Attract (which requires 3 hits at least), and the latent's range is actually far enough that you can get the latent AND Sharp Shooter; the range of the latent is roughly 2.5 dive rolls away.

Basically: Best rifle by far, just like the other 14*s, but you gotta get used to its ranges.

All by doing CF. Never have luck with drops. ;w;)

There's rewards, they come at the end of the month (when the ranking ends), just like every other ranking.

Chances are it'll be SG like the other rankings, along with trophy and FUN.

What'd you buy? Isn't there some type of CC limit to where you can't leave the casino if you have x amount of coins?
