It doesn't, just sum two weapons element.
if your weapon is 24 and you use a 25 attribute weapon of the same type and atribute, you will have a 49 attribute weapon.

No it doesn't. It adds a fixed 30%, the % on the fodder doesn't matter anymore.

Any weapon of the same rarity is +1% element regardless of the fodder's element.

Any similar weapon is +10 or 20% forget which, if the element doesn't match

If the element matches, it's 30% Or is it 20%?
