Yeah, I noticed that, too, since I was raising a DEX mag on one of my secondary characters. Went from level 150 to level 190 in like 2-3 days. Level 110 to 150 took like a month or two (since I wasn't very diligent in feeding it). LOL
And I know that level 3 crafted disc gives 2/3 of the bar when DEX is already super high (which is what the picture shows). Never tried feeding it level 1 or 2 so I can't answer that.
