Managed to 50 element my evil rod with the pyroxene from that last magatsu.

Hopefully it isn't made redundant by this new 13*.

Potential should be 6% more damage, pp cost reduction, with atk stats roughly similar to ideal, and an extra 10 element on top maxed out.

Yeah I don't think evil rod is topping that.
