Nah, you only need a rappy pse burst to get that camo, I have it too.
After an hour of rappy slots I was frustrated that I wouldn't get the camo, then saw that green symbol over Alto's head and was like, "Oh."

Thanks! Hmm I just got 3x Wild during the PSE Chance and I completed the CO. But after that was the PSE Burst and I got 5/9 Wild at best. I assume if I got all 9 Wild then I would have gotten the 500k CC. :/ I'm happy I got the camo though!!
Edit: Lucky ZynischQ. ;-; I spent about 5-6 hours to get mine today. xD
