Is it good?
11% damage or 10% damage depending if you want to be short medium or long range.
The crit is negligable for force since both crit damage+ skills are main only for Fi and Gu.
It's decent, though imo the most iffy of the gryphon 13*s, as each element has good short range and long range techs.
Seeing as that rod is light, you're gonna have to choose between short range for gigrants, ragrants, and nagrants, or long range for ilgrants and grants (of course both ilgrants and grants could work for short range).
You're more or less screwed on the techs applicable to the potential, only ilgrants and grants go to medium range or farther.

Light is a rather poor choice for that rod, to be honest.
The rod only has mid and long range to choose from. It doesn't have either the zero range or close range variants.
