I need to know your method cos I tried to upslot from 6->7 and dudu was having none of it, i'd spent like 30m.

Besides luck, the only helping factor here is that S class special abilities do not have any penalties for upslotting. So while yes, I was trying to get from 7 to 8, only the 4 junk affixes were part of the 100% success calculation rate. Going from 7 to 8 with 40% boost with any affix beside S class abilities (AFAIK) will give you 70% for all of them, meaning 5.76% chances of getting them all. In in my scenario however, it's like I'm upslotting from 3 to 4 with 70% chances for these junk affixes, so the odds are 24.01%, almost 1 chance out of 4 to get them all.

That's the gist of it. Are you trying to upslot with S class special abilities?

crap, I meant to say that I didn't know of any alternatives other than that and arks-layer. Arks-layer has SSA and stuff but not Grace, last updated 3-8.

Thats interesting about SSAs though, thanks! I haven't yet dabbled in SSAs/atra.

no clue to be honest. i think it was.

it sat in my inventory on my FiBo untekked for about a week.

i logged on to her just to look for some gear and noticed i had some untekked shit so i normal tekked it all and then bam, EPD.

i think i only ran mother once with FiBo and the rest were with my main character. i was upset with my performance on FiBo for a handful of reasons and i didnt bother tekking.

i dont even think i noticed the rainbow notification either
