You can purchase them with AC. It is one of the cheapest AC option in the list tho.

Sounds about right. I only remember because it's cheaper to get a new mag than to reset one.

Yeah, that's completely true actually. I was very confused when I first saw it. I guess its because you can only have up to 10 MAGs... because you're so very likely to use all 10 slots!
