SuToCorp is a webmoney power seller. it's useful for those who wish to use paypal over straight credit card, or are possibly having credit card issues with sega.

And here I was watching the exchange rate like a hawk, waiting for the Yen to bomb so I can get some good deals. It's like I do with Canadian casinos, or did when the dollar was stronger.

Except SuToCorp isn't SEGA, though. So it wouldn't really jive with the other points you could use.
