It's oblivious wands are weaker but cast faster like in all phantasy star games.

I wish. But talises already got tha covered. Faster casting just seems too simple with the way the game works now. I mean what happens if we can somehow get wands+flame charge? lolintantrafoie? D: I guess we'll see.
