Force weapons upgrade help

I see a lot of people that have60 tech and 20 hp on there rod. I will like to know how can I do so for my rod. also for the units.

What the Japanese names for it, and where can I get them? Sorry if that to much to ask.

I recommend slapping the same combo on your units. Personally, at level 40 I use the stamina δ sub-units (サブ／アドスタミナδ, +40HP, 85/70/70 SDEF/RDEF/TDEF and they only require 217 ability)

ラグネ・ソール - Rag Soul (+20 HP + 30 T.Atk)

Do I have to find a item/weapon that have only
Ragne Soul + Technique 3?

For Ragne Soul, yes. The only way to get these is off of a weapon dropped by a Dark Ragne. For Technique 3, no, you can build this up from Technique 1s. You see, if you have two weapons with a 1 ability, like two Technique 1s, then you will have the choice to power it up.
Of course, this takes time and money and possibly lots of annoyance, but you could do it. The fastest way though is to get lucky and find at least two weapons with Ragne Soul and Technique 3 on. You need two weapons to transfer the soul over.
