Xbox controller issue. (analog sticks)

I have been using a xbox 360 After glow controller. Soon as I plugged it it, I was good to go, played with it about 4 days, no issues.
But for some stupid reason I went into the basic gamepad config settings. (trying to change the buttons from numbers to the xbox symbols) And well, now I can't use the thump pads.
The right pad works somewhat but in a very odd way. (basically runs in circles) Any idea how to fix this? I have already reset my computer. Uninstalled the xbox controller driver. Unpluged my controller, ect ect. Its a USB cord controller.
I have motion joy, but I really don't want to set up a xbox emulator for a xbox controler... -_-
