There is no ingame option to change resolution. You have to do this through the launcher.Originally Posted by rtr720

To be honest though, if your graphics adaptor can handle it, I would suggest virtual fullscreen over fullscreen for various reasons.
I had a similar problem. It seems at higher resolution, 'normal' fullscreen runs at over 60hrz but in virtual mode at higher resolutions it is fixed at 60hrz.
The option below the screen size (resolution) is the frame rate cap. Did you have that set to 60?
