Optimally, I'd say once every two weeks. But, once a month at least. Doesn't have to be the same hosts every time; people could opt to "organize" it, and do so however they'd like. I just think it would be good for people to interact with each other on a larger scale like that more often.

A little bit over 150 pictures, and their order is screwed because of the ending of daylight savings here (some pictures I took later showing up near the beginning of the list mixed with pictures from the beginning), hmm, it'll take some time for me to choose and post pictures from the meet up, possibly will post them tomorrow...maybe...

Good to hear the meet up went well, I unfortunately I had to go AFK towards the start of it.

I'm actually really glad (and surprised) that you guys liked the event~ I knew we wouldn't be able to keep everyone entertained, but it's a learning experience! From the ship10 event a couple of months ago, I figured out that having little games or activities help keep people interested~ So, for next time we can hopefully have some more stimulating games or mini-events [with actual prizes this time...].

As always, feedback, comments, and suggestions for the next event will be greatly appreciated!

For future events, I'd really think that it'd be best to have meet-ups like once a month~ If you make them too regular, no one will show up or would burn out the hosts' energy and motivation. But keep them too rare and people will forget! Soooo, once a month on Fridays or Saturdays would probably be the best. ^__^

And that's not just for me, but for anyone who wants to host a meet-up on any ship~ Honestly, this meet-up wasn't even MY idea, it was Koga-chan's and Reiketsu's~ They just were looking for extra hands to help out. c:
