Im a hunter and, of course, i prefer melee weapons. However, my main character is a purplenum and that ID finds a lot of guns. So my question is what is it's equivalent for melee weapons? What ID finds the most melee weapons?

Skyly is the most hunter orientated ID there is. You could also try Viridia.

Yeah, skyly has loads of swords, and viridia has some nice exclusives for HUnewearls.
