AC Estes Pass (Makeover Shop pass)

Is this a permanent pass that allows me to change my characters hair color, proportion,etc as much as I want? or is this a one time only thing? I've got the AC for it but I want to be sure if its permanent use or not otherwise I'll save the AC or use it for something else. thanks in advance

oh alright then i wont be doing this then, i wanted to make some adjustments to my character but that can wait for another time then. does the 1 month premium allow you to do this as many times or no?
